Too Green by Far
The Shrilankans will bounce back.
They've something which we don't have: Loose Morality.
Hello Sir,
It was a great piece.Thank you for it.
On the topic of fossil fuels reduction, what do you think about India's target of year 2070 to become a carbon neutral country?
2070 is far enough away that it is nobody's responsibility to make it happen,
My sincere belief is that technology will advance enough that this will not be a problem.
The path with the largest impact will be more nuclear energy.
I completely agree with you sir on the last point.
Nuclear Energy is the cleanest and also the safest till date.
But the public hysteria about it is a big roadblock.
India has huge thorium reserves , so india should start building some thorium reactor in place of massive coal mining projects (in my opinion).
Thank you for replying.
Sri Lanka is what happens when Politicians don't listen to Economists and Professionals and take decisions based on their inflated ego or political expediency. Sounds familiar?
