“Enjoy your trip to Goa”, relatives wished us as we left a Bhai-duj lunch for the airport. It’s not really a trip, I said, largely to myself. More like a change of scene; we’re going for two months, and hope to embed ourselves there, make ourselves at home. Unlike on a trip, where the focus is on the new - new sights, new food, new experiences.
i so enjoyed travelling with you - teleported as i was! Your description of each place was captivating & i wanted to borrow all of it including pushing down an itch to hitch a ride to Goa right away. Living hungrily is the only way & yes, the description of the buttery egg also excited my palate.
Gosh ! You write really well !
Ha Ha...thanks.

Really enjoy all your posts (and earlier podcasts with Amit Verma).
Just curious which 'gorgeous new speakers' you were missing :-)
I bought (invested in) a pair of Linn Majiks.
Sir , you should write these kind of essays more often.
Very appreciative of you Ritik.
My writing is a bit all over the place, like I am!!
Just wondering if the Dire Straits song you remembered was "Once Upon a Time In The West"
Ha Ha...No.
Actually, it was Romeo and Juliet
